Wine tasting tour full day

On the full day wine tasting tour we visit totally 3 vinyeards, at the first vineyard I will give you a cellar tour, to explain everything about wine making, Chianti Classico and IGT wines. With this background information you proceed with the wine tasting, where you will enjoy an extended selection of wines and learn to define aromas one find in it, with the help of me and my “Sniffbox”. Next stop is lunch which is held at a family runned „Osteria“ to make sure that you have a good “layer” for the wine tastings in the afternoon. The lunch consist in a rich Antipasto,  a Primo or Secondo piatto of your choice, wine, water and to finish coffee. After our lunch break we go to two other vineyards for more wine tasting. Then we head back to the pick up place.

Saturday afternoon wine tasting class in Florence

In the heart of Florence, only a few steps from Ponte Vecchio, I will do wine tasting classes for everyone who is interested to know more about wine in general and how to valuate it on a daily basis. A brief introduction into wine making, olfactory sences and tasting of 4 - 5 wines will expect you in this 1 1/2 hour class. Lots of fun guaranteed and if you know already something about wine, you will enjoy the selection of Tuscan wines you get to taste.

The class is held at Hotel Torre Guelfa, either on its marvelous tower terrace if weather permitts, or otherwise at the inside. Once the class is over you may enjoy a nice glass of wine up on the tower terrace Bar and enjoy one of the most beautiful private towers and view in Florence.
