Booking a tour
For each tour a deposit have to be payed in advance, 108.- Euro for the full day tour and 78.- Euro for the half day tour. We will send you a money request over our Paypal account. In case you do not have a Paypal account: we accept all common credit cards over Internet, just follow the guidlines on Paypal! Once the deposit is on our account, we e-mail you a detailed confirmation.
Cancellation policy
Up to 7 days before the tour date: 100% refund possible, less the fee from Paypal if there should be any and a 5.- € administration fee.
Afterwards or no show: no refund possible.
If one of the participants is not able to join the group at the day of the tour without a notice of 7 days ahead, the participants share does have to be paid as well.
General information:
This tours are for any kind of human beings and we are happy to welcome you! But please note that you are drinking alcohol at your own risk, pregnant women shouldn't drink any alcohol to secure the health of there babies. For the walking tours in Florence, Fiesole and Lucca we highly recommend good shoes like sneakers. The clients do the walking tours on there own risk, if you suffer of health problems, please check with your doctor before booking.
