For each tour a deposit has to be paid in advance.

129.- Euro for the full day tour, 159.- Euro for the Chianti event "pottery taster course" and
30.- Euro for the afternoon wine tasting class.

Of course you can pay the full amount for all partecipants as well in advance.

I will send you a money request over my PayPal account. In case you do not have a PayPal account: I accept all common credit cards over Internet.

Once the deposit/full payment is on the account, I e-mail you a detailed confirmation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Up to 7 days before the tour date: 100% refund possible, less the fee from PayPal if there should be any and a 10.- Euro administration fee.

Afterwards or no show: no refund possible.

If one of the participants is not able to join the group at the day of the tour without a notice of 7 days ahead, the participants share does have to be paid as well.

DISCOUNT: If you are a group of 5 people a 15% discount is applied on the single price and for a group of 6 people a discount of 20% is applied on the single price.

GENERAL INFORMATION

The tours are for any kind of human beings and I'm happy to welcome you! But please note that you are drinking alcohol at your own risk, pregnant women shouldn't drink any alcohol to secure the health of there baby. Clients are during the tour fully insured. If you suffer of health problems, please check with your doctor before booking. I decline all responsibility for unappropriated behavior

I highly recommend a travel insurance, the deposit will not be reimbursed in cases of delayed flights, trains or other transportation which are not connected to DolceChianti.
